Travis Hyman is a native of Conway, SC and has strong ties to the community. He received his Bachelor Degree from the University of South Carolina where he graduated Cum Laude in 2008.
Thereafter, Travis obtained his Juris Doctor at the Charleston School of Law, in May of 2011. Following graduation, he successfully completed the SC Bar Exam and was admitted to practice law in SC in 2011. While in law school Travis served as a law clerk with Query, Sautter, Gliserman & Price, in Charleston, SC where he gained knowledge and experience from a variety of legal matters, including personal injury, wrongful death and breach of contract cases.
After completing law school, Travis began working as a law clerk for the Honorable Michael Nettles, Circuit Court Judge for the Twelfth Judicial Circuit. Additionally, from 2012-2015, he served as an Assistant Solicitor for the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit Solicitor's Office. While serving as an Assistant Solicitor Travis successfully prosecuted a variety of criminal matters, including, but not limited to the following types of criminal cases: DUI; Domestic Violence; Drug Trafficking/Distribution; Burglary; Assault and Battery; Property Crimes; Attempted Murder and Murder.
Currently, Travis handles a variety of legal matters at The Hyman Law Group, including, but not limited to the following types of cases: Automobile Accidents; Personal Injury; Breach of Contract; Landlord/Tenant Disputes; Criminal Defense; and Workers' Compensation. While at The Hyman Law Group, Travis has successfully obtained great results for several clients injured in car accidents due to no fault of their own. He has a reputation of working tirelessly on behalf of his clients to ensure the best possible outcome for their cases. Further, he is a member of Trinity United Methodist Church and the Waccamaw Sertoma Club. He is married to Beth Hyman, who is a hospital administrator at Conway Medical Center and they reside at their home in Conway, SC.
