Biography

Nathan Schott focuses his practice in Education and Business Law, representing school districts and charter schools, as well as several business clients. Nathan enjoys the diverse nature of the practice of law, especially education law, and serving in the role of an advisor and advocate. He regularly presents to his education clients on Arizona Open Meeting Law, School Board Roles and Responsibilities, Title IX, and provides legislative updates on school-related legislation.

Nathan also practices in general civil litigation and real estate law matters. His previous legal experience includes being a law clerk at both the trial and appellate levels.

Before attending law school at the University of Arizona, Nathan earned his Masters of Science degree from Northern Arizona University and spent several years working as a research scientist in the Grand Canyon.
