Biography

With a wealth of experience and unwavering dedication to his clients, Neil J. Konn is a passionate advocate for consumers facing financial challenges. He began his career as a creditors’ rights attorney, representing financial institutions in debt-collection matters by filing and litigating lawsuits and pursuing garnishments and foreclosures. Since transitioning to consumer debt law, Neil has successfully negotiated and settled more than 1,500 cases on behalf of individuals, demonstrating his commitment to helping clients overcome financial hardship. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Economics from Emory University in 2004 and his J.D. from Thomas M. Cooley Law School in 2009. Admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2010, Neil is also authorized to practice in the Middle and Southern Districts of Georgia and holds memberships in the Atlanta Bar Association and the South Asian Bar Association. Outside the office, he enjoys exploring metro Atlanta with his wife and son and rooting for the Braves.
