Biography

Newton Jones draws upon his thirty-five years of trial experience in state and federal courts to offer the highest level of professional expertise in managing and trying complex litigation matters. He has tried numerous cases to verdict in his career including many high exposure cases involving serious personal injury and wrongful death claims. Newton’s health care experience includes not only direct representation of physicians and health care providers in court, but also coordination of risk management and other legal matters as on-site counsel for a major metropolitan hospital system.

Newton has extensive experience handling cases involving catastrophic personal injury including head trauma, brain injury, paraplegia and quadriplegia cases which involve alleged medical negligence, product defects with medical equipment, heavy construction equipment, construction forklifts, commercial machinery and automobiles.
