Biography

Nicholas graduated from The University of Texas at Austin with a BA in 1995 and from the University of Texas School of Law in 1998. He served as briefing attorney to the Honorable Linda Yanez before going into private practice.

Nicholas’ practice has focused on litigation and appeals in a variety of areas including construction defect, governmental defense, personal injury, wrongful death and commercial disputes. Nicholas is licensed in the State of Texas, the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Western, Southern and Eastern Districts of Texas.

Nicholas and his wife have one son, Joseph. Nicholas spends his spare time with his family, tinkering with old bikes, gardening, and making plans to someday restore his 1965 Mustang Fastback.
