Biography

Nicholas Bedford is a native of Atlanta Georgia. He received his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Georgia and his law degree from Emory University School of Law. While attending law school, Nicholas was a member of the Black Law Student Association (BLSA) and received scholarship recognition from Emory University School of Law, the National Association for the Advancement of Colored People (NAACP), and the DeKalb Lawyers Association. Nicholas also served as a Summer Associate for an Atlanta law firm.Prior to joining Thomas Kennedy Sampson & Tompkins, Nicholas practiced complex commercial litigation and employment law at an Atlanta law firm and worked in the chambers of the Honorable William Duffey, Jr. in the Northern District of Georgia. Nicholas is a graduate of the 2014 Leadership Academy of the Young Lawyers Division of the State Bar of Georgia.
