Biography

Omid John Esmailzadegan is the Managing Shareholder at Omid John, P.A. He has extensive experience handling class action, antitrust, and consumer protection matters, as well as complex commercial litigation. Omid holds a Juris Doctorate degree from Rutgers University School of Law, where he was certified in civil mediation by Rutgers Camden Mediation Center and was a member of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. Prior to Law school, Omid earned a Bachelor of Science degree magna cum laude in Economics from the University of Central Florida, where he was awarded the Founders' Scholar Award, reserved for the top one percent in the college.

Omid brings both his skills as an attorney and a negotiator to the firm. He is admitted to practice in all courts in the State of Florida, the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Florida, and the District of Columbia Court of Appeals.
