Mr. Paul Anthony Brytus

Paul Brytus is an attorney whose practice focuses on family law and criminal defense. He earned his Juris Doctor from Duquesne University School of Law, graduating magna cum laude, after completing a B.S. in Information Science at the University of Pittsburgh. In family law matters, Paul has represented clients in a wide range of cases, including support, custody, divorce, and Protection From Abuse (PFA) proceedings. As appointed defense counsel in Allegheny County, he has appeared in hundreds of support contempt hearings, advocating for clients facing the serious possibility of incarceration. Paul also defends individuals charged with crimes at every level, from summary offenses to felony matters, and he has handled appeals to the Pennsylvania Superior Court. In addition to his legal work, Paul is a veteran and continues to serve as a member of the Pennsylvania Army National Guard. He is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania. Paul is active in the Allegheny County Bar Association and participates in both the Criminal Law Section and the Family Law Section.
