Mr. Paul K. Degrado

Mr. Paul K. Degrado: Attorney with Seigel Law

Biography

Paul K. DeGrado serves as Of Counsel to Seigel Law, bringing with him over two decades of litigation experience and a track record of building a multi-million dollar law practice. He concentrates in personal injury, no-fault arbitration, major medical arbitration, and workers’ compensation reimbursement litigation.

Mr. DeGrado earned his J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law and his undergraduate degree from Fordham University. He is admitted to practice law in New Jersey, New York, Florida, and Washington, D.C.

He is among a select group of only 1,450 attorneys certified by the Supreme Court of New Jersey as a Certified Civil Trial Attorney, and one of fewer than 10 attorneys in the state designated as a Certified Civil Trial Advocate by the National Board of Trial Advocacy—a dual recognition that speaks to his extensive trial experience and legal skill.

Paul has been named a 2010 Super Lawyers Rising Star and a 2012 New Jersey Super Lawyer, and is an active member of the American Association for Justice, American Bar Association, Bergen County Bar Association, and the Justice Morris Pashman American Inns of Court.
