Mr. Peter Alex Rivner

Peter Rivner is a partner at Caldwell, Carlson, Elliott & DeLoach. Peter joined the firm in 2013. He is known for being a strong negotiator and litigator with a results-driven approach to his cases. Peter focuses his practice on family law and fiduciary litigation. He has a diverse client base that includes athletes, entertainers, business owners, real estate developers, executives, doctors, lawyers, and other professionals. Peter holds numerous awards and has been described as “professional, strategic, detail-oriented, focused and committed to the [targeted] outcome.” He prides himself on being easy to reach, instructive, and respectful of his clients’ concerns and opinions in making strategic decisions to meet his clients’ objectives. Peter graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia in 2006 and graduated cum laude from Georgia State University College of Law in 2009. As an experienced trial attorney, Peter draws on his considerable knowledge and expertise in complex high asset divorce and fiduciary cases. Born and raised in Augusta, Peter has been a Georgia resident his entire life. He resides in Toco Hills with his wife Missy and their three sons George, Dov and Sam.
