Biography

Attorney Raimondi, a seasoned expert in family law, has devoted over 16 years to serving families throughout South Florida. Known for his strategic approach, empathy, and dedication to justice, he has earned a reputation for delivering effective and cost-conscious legal solutions. Inspired by personal experiences where loved ones were unjustly treated, he pursued a legal career to champion fairness and provide personalized representation without exorbitant fees. With a Bachelor’s degree from Fordham University and a J.D. from St. Thomas University School of Law, Peter began practicing in 2009, honing his skills under Robert Moraitis, a family law luminary. Their partnership thrived, expanding into diverse family law areas. In 2025, Raimondi Law was established, dedicated to providing high-quality, accessible legal services for modern families. AV Rated by Martindale-Hubbell since 2015 for professional ethics and legal prowess, Peter has demonstrated litigation and appellate expertise in Florida’s 4th District Court of Appeal. He is an active Florida Bar member and Southern District of Florida Federal Court practitioner. Starting July 1, 2025, he will join the Legal Needs of Children Committee, reinforcing his commitment to vulnerable groups. As a Guest Lecturer for the Broward Bar Association’s Family Law Section, Peter values continuous learning and teaching.
