Biography

Philip Glatzer is a Partner of the firm. He is an accomplished trial attorney and appellate lawyer with numerous published decisions to his credit. Mr. Glatzer practices in the areas of insurance defense, motor vehicle liability defense, bad faith, coverage issues and appellate practice. Most recently, Mr. Glatzer’s appellate efforts resulted in the recognition and adoption of the Graves Amendment in Florida to limit the liability of automobile lessors such as rental car companies. Mr. Glatzer also is a certified mediator and is fluent in French.
