Biography

Phil Bennett is an accomplished trial attorney with over four decades of experience representing insured clients throughout Oregon in complex liability cases. Recognized for his exceptional litigation skills and unwavering commitment to client advocacy, Phil's practice spans the full spectrum of personal injury litigation, including wrongful death, catastrophic injury, and sexual abuse lawsuits.
