I have practiced in Dalton and throughout northwest Georgia since 1980. I represented insurance companies for the first 9 years of practice and have represented people injured in a variety of cases for the last 21 years. Our firm has handled a variety of personal injury cases, mostly auto, motorcycle or tractor trailor collisions.We also handle premises liability, civil rightsviolations and business disputes including fraud or breach of contract.I am also a mediator. Our firm has receivedmore than50verdicts and/or settlements in excess of $100,000 with the highest being $6,750,000. In 2010 alone, we have helped represent plaintiffs in cases paying $1,150,000, $750,000, $400,000, $300,000, $250,000, and $100,000 (2), through October. I am a regional vice president of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association andI have served on the Georgia State Bar Board of Governors.
