Mr. R. Paul Vance

Mr. Vance was born and raised in Flint, Michigan. He is a 2001 graduate of Michigan State University and a 2005 graduate of the Michigan State University College of Law.

Mr. Vance specializes in providing innovative and strategic legal counsel on business and litigation matters for individuals and companies. He has extensive litigation experience in both state and federal courts in a variety of areas, including commercial and business litigation, medical malpractice defense, civil rights litigation, real property disputes, products liability, premises liability, employment and personal injury litigation. He also serves as general counsel to a wide range of corporate/business clients, including non-profit corporations, construction companies and real estate ventures.

Mr. Vance has memberships in the Genesee County Bar Association, Ingham County Bar Association, Michigan Defense Trial Counsel Board of Directors, Impression 5 Science Center Board of Directors, National Letterwinners Assocation Executive Committee, MSU Varsity S Club President, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and U.S. District Court for the Eastern and Western Districts of Michigan.

He has been named by Super Lawyers as a Rising Star in the area of civil litigation ever year since 2012. Mr. Vance became a partner of Cline, Cline & Griffin, P.C. on January 1, 2019.
