Mr. Rahul Gupta

Rahul Gupta is a personal injury and data privacy attorney at Sweet James Accident Attorneys who brings the courtroom firepower of more than 100 jury and court trials – including a Special Circumstances Murder case – to his advocacy for injured clients. He is admitted to practice in California and Texas.

Rahul earned his Juris Doctor from the University of Notre Dame Law School and his undergraduate degree in History from UCLA. Before focusing on plaintiff’s work, he served at the Orange County District Attorney’s Office, Snap Inc., and Shook Hardy and Bacon, and was the first Cyber Crime Prosecutor for the County of Orange and the first TFO/Legal Advisor to the FBI’s Orange County Regional Computer Forensics Lab. He has served as President of the Orange County Attorneys Association Union (2021) and Co-Chair of the California District Attorney Association High Tech Committee (2019-2021), and has trained over 1,000 officers, attorneys, and judges.
