Richard G. Rosenblum, Esq., has been a cornerstone of Walton Lantaff since 1983, previously serving as Managing Partner while maintaining a demanding and expansive litigation practice. Known for four decades of courtroom command and strategic oversight, Mr. Rosenblum is recognized for his trail expertise and unwavering commitment to excellence, earning an A.V. His practice encompasses all areas of insurance defense, including catastrophic injury, products liability, motor vehicle and premises liability claims, as well as first- and third-party property damage, construction litigation, and extra-contractual liability matters. In addition to his trial work, he regularly advises insurers in pre-suit evaluations and strategic settlement decisions, bringing seasoned judgment to complex, high-exposure cases.

Mr. Rosenblum earned his undergraduate degree from University of Florida and his Juris Doctor from University of Houston Law Center, where he received Book Awards for top performance in two courses. Admitted to practice in all Florida state courts and the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, he is also a certified seminar speaker and respected voice within the insurance defense community, widely respected for his depth of knowledge and practical approach to complex litigation.
