Biography

Richard started his legal career defending Fortune 100 companies in complex litigation matters. After a few years of winning cases for corporations, Richard decided to switch sides and work for the people. Richard is an obsessive reader, writer, and speaker. Richard is persistent. Richard is passionate about getting his injured clients everything they are entitled to under the law.

Richard became the youngest Partner in Morgan & Morgan’s history in 2024 - a reflection of his consistent outstanding work. He also won Premises Litigation Team of the Year Nationwide for the Firm in both 2023 and 2024.

Outside of work, Richard is a strong supporter and volunteer for Morgan & Morgan’s charitable efforts in the local community both with the Second Harvest Food Bank of Central Florida and Orlando Walk for Wishes.
