Richard gives all lawyers a bad reputation. He treats his office staff, clients and witnesses poorly. He treats opposing counsel, litigants and any witnesses with equal contempt, extremely rude, he yells and tries to intimidate and in general his behavior is horrible. Everyone to my knowledge hates to litigate with him. I have never heard anyone say anything nice about him.
