Biography

Richard P. Neimark has been practicing law since 1976. Mr. Neimark earned his Bachelor's degree from C.W. Post and then went on to graduate from Brooklyn Law School. Mr. Neimark has tried over one thousand cases, both on the defense and plaintiff side. He is the senior founding partner of Neimark & Neimark, LLP. Presently Mr. Neimark enjoys a successful career as a plaintiff's attorney earning large settlements and awards for the unfortunate victims of accidents.

Mr. Neimark has an AV rating from Martindale-Hubbell, which he highest possible rating obtainable indicating that he has very high ethical standards as well as very high to pre-eminent legal ability.

Mr. Neimark excels at resolving cases through mediations and arbitrations. By successfully resolving cases through mediation and arbitration, Mr. Neimark is able to save considerable expenses for his clients while maximizing their recoveries. Through settlement, trials and arbitrations, Mr. Neimark has obtained tens of millions of dollars in recoveries for his clients. Most recently, Mr. Neimark successfully arbitrated a matter in which he was able to obtain a $2,000,000 recovery for his client who was injured in a motorcycle accident.

Mr. Neimark is happily married with one son. Besides the practice of law, Mr. Neimark enjoys spending time with his family and being Poppa to his three grandsons.
