Biography

Rob Arnwine is a trial attorney in Morgan & Morgan’s Birmingham office. Prior to joining the firm, Rob was a partner in two Birmingham-area defense firms, where he had a general defense practice with a special emphasis on trucking litigation. Rob has handled a broad range of cases including wrongful death, professional liability, termite damage, premises liability and products liability. He has also drafted appeals to the Alabama Supreme Court and the Eleventh Circuit for the United States Court of Appeals.

Rob earned his law degree from the University of Alabama. Prior to law school, Rob served as a commissioned officer in the United States Navy. He deployed overseas aboard the USS THEODORE ROOSEVELT (CVN-71) in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and was stationed for two years in Washington, D.C. as a financial analyst with the Naval Nuclear Propulsion Program.

Rob grew up in the Birmingham area and, when not in the office, can be found spending time with his wife and their four children.
