Biography

Robert Buskirk is an attorney in the firm's Commercial Real Estate Group where he represents buyers, sellers, developers, investors, lenders, and business owners in a wide variety of real estate and transactional matters. His background includes extensive experience in commercial and residential real estate transactions, title examination, title insurance, corporate formation, contract review, and the acquisition and disposition of real property.

Prior to joining Schulten Ward Turner & Weiss, LLP, Robert served as a Managing Attorney with Hankin and Pack, PLLC, where he helped oversee the firm's Georgia operations and worked with a diverse client base that included institutional investors, hedge funds, and single-family rental operators. He also previously practiced with O'Kelley & Sorohan and Miles Hansford, gaining valuable experience in commercial title matters, real estate development, business transactions, and complex title curative work.

Robert earned his Juris Doctor from Atlanta's John Marshall Law School and his Bachelor of Arts from Georgia College & State University. He is an active member of the State Bar of Georgia.

When not practicing law, Robert enjoys following professional Atlanta sports and spending time with his wife and family.
