Biography

Robert Stultz focuses his practice on healthcare institutions and providers, with an emphasis on medical malpractice, employment law, and other civil and commercial litigation matters. He represents healthcare providers before licensing boards, including the Arizona Medical Board, the Arizona Board of Osteopathic Examiners, and the Arizona State Board of Nursing. Before joining Gust Rosenfeld, Robert had a broad-based practice that included medical malpractice, medical and non-medical products liability, construction litigation, and general liability.

Robert has a particular interest in the interface of law, science, and technology. His current focus is on artificial intelligence (AI) and its impact on healthcare institutions and providers.

In his early career, Robert was an editor at a publishing company, and he also wrote proposals for a Fortune 500 company.
