Mr. DeMarco has extensive experience representing both consumers and small businesses in a variety of bankruptcy matters. Mr. DeMarco represents both debtors and creditors before the United States Bankruptcy Court throughout the state of Texas.

Mr. DeMarco has practiced bankruptcy law for over 30 years in both California and Texas. He has helped many individual consumers and small businesses restructure their financial affairs under, or in conjunction with, the United States Bankruptcy Code.
