Biography

Robin Seelbach is a litigation partner in WSHB's Raleigh, North Carolina office. His practice focuses on complex civil litigation, with particular emphasis on construction, insurance coverage, bad faith claims, transportation, professional liability and appellate matters.

In his over 10 years of legal practice, Robin has defended a diverse range of clients, including businesses, construction companies, and international insurance carriers. His dedication to providing clear, strategic, and effective legal counsel has established him as a trusted figure in complex legal matters. He enjoys an outstanding track record of achieving exceptional outcomes in both early case resolutions and at trial.

A proud alumnus of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Law, Robin actively participates in several professional organizations, including the North Carolina Association of Defense Attorneys, the Wake County Bar Association, and the North Carolina Bar Association. He is licensed to practice in all state, federal, and appellate courts throughout North Carolina and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit.

Outside the office, Robin enjoys giving back to his community through his volunteer work with North Carolina Legal Aid, where he provides pro bono legal assistance to individuals in need.
