Roman Vincent Hammes

Roman V. Hammes focuses his multistate law practice on litigation, business law and commercial real estate. He helps individuals and business owners find solutions to their legal problems. Roman has extensive litigation experience from case inception through trial. He has tried more than 50 contested matters including bench trials, evidentiary hearings and jury trials. He has been named a Superlawyer from 2016 to 2021. Roman actively practices in Charleston, Dorchester and Berkeley Counties in South Carolina and in Central Florida. He is admitted to practice in the states of South Carolina and Florida and in the United States District Courts in the Middle, Southern and Northern Districts of Florida, the District of South Carolina, and the United States 11th Circuit Court of Appeals.
