Biography

Russell Whittle is a workers’ compensation Trial Attorney in Morgan & Morgan’s Southwest Florida offices. He received his undergraduate degree from Skidmore College in Saratoga Springs, NY and his Juris Doctorate from The University of Miami School of Law.

Mr. Whittle began his legal career defending employers and carriers in workers’ compensation matters. His varied experience includes serving as General Counsel and Vice President of Medicare Secondary Payer Compliance at a large Medicare Services company. Mr. Whittle now specializes in workers’ compensation on behalf of injured workers and for those who have had their lives impacted by a workplace injury.

Mr. Whittler is a longstanding member of the Southwest Florida community and is passionate about serving fellow residents in their time of need.
