Biography

A 2007 Dayton Law graduate, Ryan Frasher built a thriving Indianapolis practice litigating consumer protection matters and helping clients recover millions in class actions and arbitration awards. After a stint at the Attorney General’s Office—where he prosecuted consumer protection and antitrust cases—he reentered private practice to aggressively represent homeowners and consumers. Ryan’s current work centers on RESPA claims, homeowners’ rights, foreclosure defense, consumer fraud, and mass arbitrations, where he pursues accountability and relief for individuals harmed by unfair or deceptive business practices.
