Biography

S. Tyler Swain joined the law firm of Denson & Swain, P.C. in 1998. He is an honors graduate of Baylor University and received his law degree from the South Texas College of Law in 1996. His practice is primarily devoted to real estate, probate, and estate planning and Tyler frequently works as co-counsel with plaintiffs' firms in multi-million dollar litigation. Tyler has earned the reputation amongst his colleagues as a skillful negotiator and navigator through the courts in all matters related to probate.

Tyler is a native Houstonian residing in the Memorial area with his wife, Liz. He is blessed with four wonderful children, including his twin daughters, Anna and Kara, and his sons Connor and Sean.
