Biography

Shaun Malone is a dedicated attorney practicing in South Carolina, where he remains a member in good standing with both the South Carolina Bar and the Oconee County Bar Association. A lifelong resident of the state, Shaun pursued his academic interests at the University of South Carolina Upstate, earning a bachelor's degree in political science. He furthered his education with an associate degree in paralegal studies, which led to several years of experience as a paralegal. Shaun then attended the Charlotte School of Law, where he excelled academically, earning the Cali Award in legal writing, consistently making the Dean’s List, and gaining membership in prestigious honor societies such as the Order of the Crown and Phi Delta Phi. His involvement extended beyond academics, actively participating in Moot Court, Law Review, the Student Bar Association, and serving as a teaching assistant for Legal Writing. Upon transferring to the South Carolina School of Law, Shaun continued his commitment to excellence and involvement in professional societies and associations. Shaun is a devoted family man who dotes on his loving wife, Alyssa, and his daughter, Ella. Shaun brings his warmth and caring to all his interactions with his clients.
