Biography

Shubi Shah is a member of the Litigation and Restructuring & Special Situations Practices in Greenberg Traurig’s Salt Lake City office. His industry agnostic practice focuses on advising clients in connection with matters related to governmental investigations, white collar crime, products liability, and general commercial litigation. Further, Shubi also works on Chapter 11 bankruptcy cases, and corporate restructurings. Shubi has experience in SEC and DOJ investigations, nationwide products liability cases, and general white collar crime matters. Shubi also has experience in creditors’ rights, bankruptcy litigation, and federal court receiverships.
