Tom Railsback is a true veteran in the world of Texas family law, and I mean that in more ways than one. A native Texan and SMU graduate, Tom has been practicing law since 1970. Before he became a fixture in our local courtrooms, he served as a JAG officer and was part of the Air Force Trial Judiciary during the Vietnam era. That kind of high-stakes military discipline really shines through in how he handles complex family disputes today. He has been Board Certified in Family Law since 1982, a distinction very few attorneys can claim for such a long period.
