Biography

Tom Trahan brings more than nine years of experience as a family law paralegal. He is proficient in all facets of family law, from out-of-court settlements to courtroom litigation. His deep understanding of the litigation process enhances the chances of reaching negotiated or amicable resolutions, as opposing counsel and clients often realize that finding common ground can lead to beneficial outcomes.

Beyond his legal practice, Tom has contributed to the legal community by teaching hundreds of first-year law students. He has helped them overcome their initial fears and frustrations, equipping them with the technical skills necessary for legal writing and a practical understanding of litigation to meet client goals.

Tom served as the President of his church congregation for two terms and is the former President of the Coppell Lions Club. These roles underscore his leadership qualities and commitment to his community.

Outside of work, Tom thoroughly enjoys spending time with his four kids and granddaughter. He is a fan of classic films, works on crossword puzzles, and has run more than ten half marathons.
