Mr. Timothy Lynch, Esq.: Attorney with Marasco & Nesselbush LLP

Biography

Associate Attorney Timothy P. Lynch is a member of the Personal Injury Division of Marasco & Nesselbush, LLP. He brings energy and enthusiasm to serving the firm’s medical malpractice and personal injury clients. He provides direction and strategy for cases through all phases of litigation.

“We help people, who are often going through very stressful or life-altering situations, get back on their feet,” Lynch says.

The aspect of Marasco & Nesselbush that he likes most is the way the staff forms relationships with clients based on mutual respect. “The people here really care about their clients,” he says.

Prior to joining Marasco & Nesselbush, Attorney Lynch served as a judicial intern for the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court. Thereafter, he entered the field of civil litigation, working for a Boston-based firm.

Attorney Lynch decided to pursue a career as a lawyer because he believed that studying the law was the best way to understand how our society works, how our government functions, and the rights held by individuals.

He graduated cum laude from Northeastern University in 2007 and magna cum laude from New England School of Law in 2010, where he served as an editor of the Law Review. He is admitted to the practice of law in Rhode Island, Massachusetts, and the United States District Court, District of Rhode Island.

Attorney Lynch is a member of the Rhode Island Association for Justice and the American Association for Justice.

When not working, he enjoys spending time with his family, playing softball, cycling, traveling and supporting Boston sports teams.
