i have know Mr McCarthy for at least 15 years. He is a top flight litigator. Without doubt one of the best medical malpractice defense attorneys in the region. He has been opposing counsel on many cases. He is always well prepared and has a strong sense of what the real issues in the case are. He approaches the defense of physicains in an understated but very effective style that allows him to defend his client with out the risk of driving up damages by inflaming jurors. Read less
