Biography

With years of experience, I'm a personal injury attorney that believes in finding a just resolution for quality cases. I'm a partner with Young, Kester, Black & Jube and have been in practice since 2006 in Provo, and Park City, Utah. I focus on insurance litigation which includes auto accidents, medical malpractice, wrongful death and other injury cases. I have successfully litigated multiple jury trials as well as arbitrations. I have also had successful appeals to the Utah Court of Appeals and the Utah Supreme Court. Lastly, I'm an avid outdoorsman and I enjoy competing in triathlons and marathons.  I appreciate my health and I hope to relate to my clients who have often lost so much.
