Mr Vincent Pravato

Vincent Joseph Pravato is a founding and managing partner at The Law Firm of Wolf & Pravato, P.A. Vincent directs the firm's National Development and Marketing division. He has led the firm to expand its offices throughout Florida, delivering superb legal counsel to all Floridians. Wolf & Pravato, with six offices – Fort Lauderdale, Miami, Fort Myers, West Palm Beach, Boynton Beach and Tampa, handles serious injuries, traumatic brain injuries, wrongful death, product liability and other devastating cases for individuals and families all across Florida. Through Vincent's relentless perseverance and drive, Wolf & Pravato is recognized as a highly successful trial firm, to which many local attorneys refer their most difficult and complex litigation. Vincent has appeared numerous times on the news, on special news programs and has hosted many talk shows aimed at educating people about the law and victims rights. As he continues to develop and expand the firm's trial practice, Vincent led the firm into mass tort litigation, wherein the firm represents hundreds of families that were affected by Chinese Drywall and a global settlement of more than $800 Million was secured for the victims. Most recently, Vincent flew to Venezuela to meet with families who suffered tragic losses in an airplane crash that was caused by poor maintenance. Following the success with Chinese Drywall litigation, Vincent has continued to lead Wolf & Pravato's trial team into other complex litigation matters: multiple aviation disasters; BP Oil disaster and Spray Foam Insulation litigation.Vincent was born in Brooklyn, New York. His family relocated to South Florida two years later and he grew up in North Miami Beach. He attended the University of Florida as a Finance Major, with a minor degree in Economics. While at the University of Florida, he was awarded a membership in the Economic Honors Society for his hard work and excellence. Vincent graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in 1990. He then attended the University of Florida School of Law and graduated in 1993. Vincent is a member of the Florida Bar, US District Court-Southern District, American Bar Association and the Broward County Bar Association.
