Biography

Mr. Tietz received his JD degree, Magna Cum Laude, from Seattle University School of Law in 2004. He received his Bachelors of Science from Montana State University in 1987. Upon completion of his undergraduate studies, Mr. Tietz worked in the environmental consulting field: first for SRM and Chemical Waste Management in Butte and next for Onyx Environmental Services in Seattle. Mr. Tietz is a member of BKBH's Environmental Practice Group. His primary interests in the law are in the following areas: Superfund & Hazardous Waste, Environmental Permitting & Compliance, Environmental & Natural Resource Litigation, Water Law, Bankruptcy and Worker's Compensation.
