Biography

Mr. McClure, a Director of the Firm in the Dallas office,   primarily represents Manufacturers in products liability matters throughout Texas and the Southwest. He also represents clients in disputes involving oil & gas and other energy related ventures.  He  practices in the Products Liability Defense, Energy, Litigation, Large Loss Subrogation, Construction, Personal Injury Defense, Insurance, and Intellectual Property practices areas.  He is a seasoned trial lawyer representing Fortune 500 companies in products liability, construction, and trade secret litigation.  He also represents public and private companies in business and commercial disputes including UCC issues, contract, fraud, breach of fiduciary, and non-compete agreements. Mr. McClure is one of the rare attorneys in the country to be Board Certified in Civil Trial Law by both the Texas Board of Legal Specializations and the National Board of Trial Advocacy and Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law.
