Mr. Warner E. Allen

Warner E. Allen graduated from Willamette Law School in 1969 and was admitted to practice in Oregon that same year. After serving four years as a JAG officer in the United States Marine Corps, he returned to private practice in Oregon in 1974. He joined the firm of Warren Allen LLP in 1980.

Mr. Allen’s practice emphasizes business law, real estate and land use matters (including condominium development and homeowners’ associations) and contractor’s rights and construction defect issues. Mr. Allen also represents clients in all aspects of probate and estate planning.

Mr. Allen is the managing partner of Warren Allen LLP. He also heads its real estate department. Although he no longer serves as a trial lawyer, he still consults with other lawyers in the firm on difficult litigation matters. He is a member of the Oregon State Bar’s Real Estate & Land Use, and Law Practice Management Sections. Mr. Allen is AV peer review rated with Martindale-Hubbell indicating the highest level of legal ability and ethics.

Outside his law practice, Mr. Allen is active in church and community groups. He has served on the Board of Directors for the Gresham Area Chamber of Commerce and was its President in 2015-2016. He currently is the Chair of the Chamber’s Government Affairs Council. Mr. Allen also serves on the Mt. Hood Community College Foundation and is its President for 2019-2020. He is a retired colonel in the United State Marine Corps; is an avid golfer, a pilot, enjoys playing the guitar and taking care of his 1953 Morgan automobile.
