Warren Stamm is General Counsel for Justice Tax LLC. Stamm has more than 30 years of experience in private practice and as in-house counsel, involved in the creation and implementation of strategic business growth initiatives, corporate governance, oversight and regulatory compliance. Warren is a seasoned tax attorney, having served as General Counsel & Chief Compliance Officer for well-respected tax resolution firms and corporations. A member of multiple state bars, he is also admitted to practice before the United States Supreme Court and United States Tax Court along with other federal appellate and district courts.
