Mr. Warren Kodie Diepraam

With over 25 years of experience in law enforcement, Warren Diepraam currently serves as the First Assistant at the Waller County District Attorney's Office. Warren's unique skills extend to private consulting and his role as a Special Prosecutor in Fort Bend County. Additionally, he collaborates with Document Logistix to enhance law enforcement software, ensuring compliance with Article 39.14 CCP (Michael Morton Act) for fair criminal discovery in private law practice. His career is marked by the creation of several national models that have significantly impacted law enforcement and prosecutorial processes. These include pioneering strategies for Felony Murder prosecutions in habitual DWI cases, No Refusal initiatives, and efficient court case management systems. Warren's innovative contributions to the field have been recognized by two distinguished groups, which named him a nation’s top prosecutor. In 2013, Warren was honored with a public service award from the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA) for his dedication to public safety and legal excellence.
