In the only case that William and I litigated, he showed poor judgment, bringing a legally unsubstantiated claim in an attempt to coerce or pressure an improper benefit for his clients. I sent him a warning and then filed a Florida frivolous action claim. I then obtained a Final Judgment against him as sanctions. William attempted to hide his assets from collection by deeding them to a relative, however I collected my judgment for my client.
