Biography

Our founding attorney, William H. Lively Jr., has devoted his career to helping clients obtain a fresh start through bankruptcy. He was elected to the Texas Bar Foundation, which selects only the top one-third of one percent of all lawyers in the State Bar of Texas. Previously, he worked on business formation and asset protection, which gives him valuable insight on helping businesses succeed financially. Today, our firm is one of the highest-volume bankruptcy firms in the Eastern District of Texas, handling over 7,500 cases since 1993. This exemplifies our hard work and devotion to helping our clients obtain a fresh financial start.  Call today!
