Mr. William "Sam" Samuel Gaston

W. Sam Gaston is a local through and through, born and raised in Cartersville before heading to Shorter University in Rome for his undergraduate degree. He’s always had a sharp mind and brought that same focus to law school at Cumberland School of Law. While there, Sam didn’t just study the law, he helped shape legal discussion as the Senior Research Editor for the American Journal of Trial Advocacy, even becoming a published author in the field. After a stint with the Cherokee Circuit District Attorney’s Office, he joined Cromartie Law to focus on helping people deal with the aftermath of car accidents, dog bites, and premises liability issues. What really makes Sam stand out is how down-to-earth he is. He’s a guy who truly listens to injury victims and isn't afraid to fight for the compensation they need to move forward. When he’s not working hard for his clients, Sam is usually spending time with his wife and young daughter, reading up on philosophy, or cheering during a football game.
