Mr. Winter has taken on the role of a "salesman" of revocabled trusts. One size fits all. He uses "canned" documents" and uses little, if any, legal analysis in the drafting process. I have had to amend several of his plans to make them accomplish his former clients' estate planning goals. I would not event rate him as a "C". Sorry.
