In addition to his private practice, Winston serves as President of the Tallapoosa Local Bar Association and as City Attorney for the City of Cave Spring. Before entering private practice, he spent two years clerking with the Macon-Bibb Public Defender's Office, where he gained valuable courtroom experience that laid the foundation for his litigation practice.
