Biography

Yehuda has exclusively practiced criminal and family law since 2003. Yehuda served as a judicial clerk at the Kings County Supreme Court while attending Brooklyn Law School in Brooklyn, NY. Later, he worked for the United States Attorney's Office for the Eastern District of New York, and the Kings County DA's Office.

Yehuda subsequently relocated to Florida and accepted a position at the Miami-Dade Office of the State Attorney where he handled thousands of criminal prosecution cases, ranging from misdemeanors and driving under the influence (DUI) charges to homicide. During his years as a prosecutor, Yehuda took part in more than 50 jury trials to verdict. After gaining such invaluable experience, Yehuda began his career as a private attorney. He has successfully handled criminal cases in state and federal courts across Florida, Georgia, and other states around the nation.

Yehuda, who has been featured on shows such as The First 48, After the First 48, truTV, and CNN, prides himself in running a client-centric boutique law firm concentrating on criminal law and family matters. Yehuda has defended thousands of individuals charged with various crimes from misdemeanors to murder. As a family attorney, Yehuda has handled cases across the spectrum of family matters from simple divorces to highly contentious child support and divorce cases involving children and large assets.

Yehuda goal in each case is to resolve the matter in a dignified and prompt manner.

Yehuda is an avid runner who has completed more than 100 marathons and half marathons and is a middle of the pack ultra-marathoner who has completed ultra-marathon trail races at high altitude such as the Kati'cina Mosa 100K Mountain Run in Springville, UT, Black Canyon Ultra 100k in Mayer, AZ, Broken Arrow Skyrace in Lake Tahoe, CA, Bryce Canyon Ultra in Bryce Canyon, UT, and Zion 100K in Virgin, UT.
