Biography

Zachary D. Jackson graduated from the University of North Carolina School of Law. Prior to attending Law School, Mr. Jackson graduated Magna Cum Laude from Campbell University where he majored in Business Administration with a Specialty in Trust and Investment Management and minored in Financial Planning. Mr. Jackson also received his Masters in Business Administration from Campbell University.

Mr. Jackson worked for several years as a Trust Officer with Bank of America prior to attending law school. Prior to opening his own law practice, Mr. Jackson worked with two law firms and held an internship with North Carolina Supreme Court Chief Justice Sarah Parker.

Since graduating from Law School, Mr. Jackson has focused primarily on Family Law, Estate Planning, and Estate Administration. Mr. Jackson recognizes that Family Law matters can be extremely emotional. Therefore, he strives to develop strong relationships with his clients so he can understand their situation and fight zealously for their best interests.

When dealing with estate planning matters, Mr. Jackson prides himself in formulating estate plans specific to the clients’ unique situation. Mr. Jackson also believes that it is imperative that the attorney drafting these documents has experience administering these plans. This will ensure that the plan meets the clients’ needs and that the plan is practical to administer.

Through his education and experiences in Family Law, Estate Planning, and Estate Administration, Mr. Jackson has formed strong opinions on what is necessary in order to ensure his clients are receiving optimal service. When he opened his own law practice, it was his mission to ensure the service his clients received was exceptional.

“When I decided to open my own law practice, it was my goal to give my clients something that no one else was offering. I wanted to minimize unnecessary overhead to ensure my clients were getting an exceptional value. I wanted to develop personal relationships with my clients, so I knew exactly what they hoped to accomplish. When my clients had questions or concerns, I wanted them to have access to me, rather than an associate or paralegal. I wanted them to know that I was fighting zealously in order to accomplish their goals. It brings me a great since of pride knowing that my law office is consistently fulfilling these goals.”
