Mrs. Jennifer E. Ghorley

Jennifer Ghorley is a cornerstone of the team at Hurley Elder Care Law. Originally from Cherokee County, she found her calling for elder law during her time at Faulkner University, where she worked in the Elder Law Clinic. Jennifer isn’t just any attorney, she is one of only twelve Certified Elder Law Attorneys in Georgia. This CELA certification is a major milestone because it proves she has the high-level skills and specialized knowledge that families really need when navigating long-term care. Beyond her technical skills, Jennifer is a leader in the legal community, currently serving as the President-Elect for the Georgia chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys. She’s also been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star for several years running. When she isn’t advocating for her clients or volunteering with the Service League of Cherokee County, you’ll likely find her cheering on the Alabama Crimson Tide or spending time with her husband, Graham. She brings a unique blend of high-level professional certification and a genuine, neighborly commitment to every family she helps.
